For all of those skeptical with online shopping and returns I have had a total of two happy returns over the last year with Nine West and last week with Havaianas. My experience with Havaianas needs to be commended as I ordered the wrong size and sent them back with the new size all returned and replace within a week. I am one happy shopper. Have you had a positive shopping experience you would like to share?
